Order Intelligence & Basket Analysis

Transactions represent the ultimate ground truth in customer data. Keystone's Order Intelligence engine aggregates multi-channel sales into a unified ledger, parsing line items, tracking basket composition, and monitoring recurring subscriptions.

Key Order Attributes:

  • Order ID / Reference: Canonical transaction UUID and native storefront order number.
  • Customer Association: Direct link to the unified Anchor Customer Profile.
  • Financial Breakdown: Subtotal, Tax, Shipping, Discount Total, and Net Revenue.
  • Fulfillment State: Completed, In Process, Cancelled, or Abandoned.

2. Order Attributes & Line Item Metadata

Every order contains rich structured metadata, including delivery methods, payment gateways, and promotion codes.

Behavioral Order Inception:

Keystone can instantiate orders before checkout is completed: - When a user adds an item to their cart, Keystone creates an incomplete synthetic order. - If the session ends without purchase, the order state is flagged as abandoned_cart. - Upon successful payment webhook receipt, the state seamlessly updates to completed.

Navigate to Orders -> Order Analysis (/orders/analysis) for aggregate revenue analytics:
